This company has AWFUL customer service. I’ve reached out to every single platform for 10 days at this point and I have received no reply. I ordered nearly $100 worth of product and II’m missing a part of it. Simply asking for them to send me the missing item. At this point I don’t even want the lip crayon. I have requested a refund. Will be filing credit card dispute and reporting them soon. If I don’t hear back.
